Complete Social

Effective date: 5 June 2026

Welcome to Complete Social. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Complete Social, a web-based social media management, scheduling and publishing dashboard for authorised creators, businesses, account owners and social media managers.

By accessing or using Complete Social, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Complete Social

Complete Social helps authorised users create, organise, review, schedule, upload and publish social media content from one dashboard.

The app may support features including:

  • connecting authorised social media accounts
  • creating and editing posts
  • uploading images and videos
  • managing post schedules
  • approving or rejecting posts
  • selecting platform destinations
  • importing public metadata from user-provided source URLs where technically available
  • receiving Telegram reminders and approval messages
  • uploading or publishing content to connected social media accounts through approved platform APIs

Complete Social is a management tool. It does not replace the rules, settings, restrictions or review requirements of any connected platform.

2. Who may use Complete Social

Complete Social is intended for authorised account owners, creators, businesses, social media managers and account managers who have permission to manage the social media accounts they connect.

You must only connect accounts that you own, manage, or are authorised to use.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload, schedule, approve, publish or manage any content through Complete Social.

3. Connected social media accounts

Complete Social may allow users to connect supported third-party platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and Telegram.

When you connect a social media account, you authorise Complete Social to use the permissions granted by that platform to provide the features you choose to use.

For TikTok, this may include:

  • identifying the connected TikTok account
  • displaying the connected account in the app
  • accessing basic account information
  • accessing account statistics where authorised
  • viewing video information where authorised
  • uploading approved videos to TikTok
  • publishing approved videos to TikTok where authorised

Complete Social only uses connected platform permissions to provide the account connection, content management, upload, scheduling, approval and publishing features shown in the app.

You can disconnect connected accounts at any time from the app's connection settings, where available, or by revoking access directly through the relevant platform.

4. TikTok integration

Complete Social uses TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API to support TikTok account connection and video publishing workflows.

TikTok Login Kit is used to allow a user to connect and authorise their TikTok account.

The Content Posting API is used when a user creates or selects a TikTok video post, reviews the caption and media, approves the post, and uploads or publishes it to TikTok through the approved TikTok workflow.

Some TikTok features may depend on:

  • TikTok app review approval
  • granted TikTok scopes
  • the user's TikTok account settings
  • platform permissions
  • video format requirements
  • TikTok API availability
  • TikTok's own rules and restrictions

Complete Social does not guarantee that TikTok or any other platform will accept, upload, publish, display or continue supporting any post, API connection or feature.

5. Content responsibility

You are responsible for all content you create, upload, save, schedule, approve or publish using Complete Social.

This includes:

  • captions
  • hashtags
  • images
  • videos
  • source URLs
  • imported metadata
  • thumbnails
  • scheduled posts
  • approved posts
  • published posts

You must ensure that your content complies with:

  • applicable laws
  • third-party rights
  • intellectual property rights
  • advertising and disclosure rules
  • the rules and policies of each platform you publish to

You are responsible for reviewing all content before it is uploaded or published.

6. Platform rules and permissions

When using Complete Social with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram or any other third-party platform, you must comply with that platform's terms, policies, developer rules and content rules.

You agree not to use Complete Social to:

  • connect accounts you are not authorised to manage
  • misuse platform APIs
  • bypass platform restrictions
  • publish content that violates platform rules
  • upload content you do not have permission to use
  • interfere with platform security or app operation

Platform APIs, permissions, scopes, limits and requirements may change at any time.

7. Scheduling, uploading and publishing

Complete Social may allow posts to be scheduled for future upload or publication.

Scheduled posting depends on:

  • platform API availability
  • approved platform access
  • valid access tokens
  • connected account permissions
  • media format compatibility
  • post settings
  • scheduler availability
  • network availability
  • platform restrictions

Complete Social will attempt to upload or publish approved scheduled content according to the configured schedule and available platform APIs, but does not guarantee that any post will be published at an exact time.

Some posts may require manual action if a platform does not support the selected format, a connection fails, media is invalid, or additional platform steps are required.

8. Media and source URLs

Complete Social may allow users to upload media, save source URLs, import public metadata, import thumbnails, or import accessible media where technically available and permitted by the relevant source.

If media cannot be imported, the app may save the source URL and mark the item as requiring manual upload.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to use, modify, upload, schedule or publish any media or source material used in the app.

9. Content assistance tools

Complete Social may include content assistance features that help users draft captions, generate hashtag suggestions, analyse user-provided source URLs, summarise public metadata, or prepare post ideas.

These tools are provided to support the user's workflow. They do not replace human review.

You remain responsible for checking the accuracy, suitability, legal compliance and platform compliance of all content before it is uploaded or published.

If content includes AI-generated, sponsored, branded, commercial or otherwise regulated material, you are responsible for applying any required labels, disclosures or platform settings.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Complete Social to:

  • connect accounts without authorisation
  • publish unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive or infringing content
  • violate intellectual property or privacy rights
  • impersonate others
  • upload malicious files or code
  • attempt to access accounts, data or systems without permission
  • bypass third-party platform rules or technical restrictions
  • misuse platform APIs
  • interfere with the security, reliability or operation of the app

11. Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Complete Social login, connected social accounts and authorised users.

If you believe your Complete Social account or any connected social account has been compromised, you should disconnect the relevant account and contact us.

12. Third-party services

Complete Social relies on third-party services and platforms, including social media platforms, hosting providers, file storage providers and notification services.

Complete Social is not responsible for outages, restrictions, API changes, account actions, content decisions or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

13. Availability and changes

Complete Social may change, update, suspend or remove features at any time.

Some features may stop working or require changes if a third-party platform changes its API, permissions, review requirements, policies or access rules.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Complete Social and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of data, loss of content, failed posts, missed schedules, account restrictions, API issues, platform outages or business losses arising from use of the app.

17. Termination

Access to Complete Social may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are breached, if required by a third-party platform, or if continued access would create legal, security, compliance or operational risk.
